What OFAQ WORLD is, who it is for, and how our travel guides are made.
What we do
OFAQ WORLD publishes practical travel guides for travellers from Israel and the wider region, with attention to halal, kosher and Christian pilgrimage needs. Each guide covers neighbourhoods, sights, food, transport, money and seasonal tips, in English, Arabic, Hebrew and Hungarian.
How guides are made
- Guides combine editorial research with open data (such as OpenStreetMap and Wikimedia Commons) and AI-assisted drafting. Automated checks look for duplicate places, broken links, and images that do not show the right place or lack a commercial-use license; failing items are replaced with a neutral placeholder or held for human review.
- Prices are estimates and are labelled as such. Found a mistake? Tell us and we will correct it.
How we are funded
